WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are now looking for a senior hunter-closer to help us expand our client base across Europe.
This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role. You will identify opportunities, open doors, run discovery, shape deals and close long-term partnerships. This is not an account maintenance role and not an inbound-only position.
What You’ll Do
- Create new opportunities from scratch in software development, IoT, Cloud, and digital platforms
- Start conversations with CTOs, Product Leaders, Engineering Heads, and Founders
- Run discovery calls that go beyond “what’s your budget?” and get to the real problem
- Qualify hard. Walk away when a deal doesn’t make sense
- Work directly with our technical team and leadership to shape realistic, sellable solutions
- Represent Ignit at relevant events and industry meetups across Europe
- Build and manage pipeline and forecasts
What You Bring
EXPERIENCE:
- You’ve sold complex B2B tech or software services before
- You’re comfortable hunting, not waiting
- Build pipelines from scratch, not dependent on warm leads or existing networks
- You know how to sell value and outcomes, not just rates
- You can talk to technical people without pretending to be an engineer
- You’re structured, self-managed, and don’t need daily supervision
- You’re fluent in English and used to selling into USA/European markets
- Strong communication skills across outreach, video calls, and in-person meetings
